Starbucks and Soccer

Our last full day in Berlin meant finding a Starbucks! I'd gone all week without a mocha. It tastes the same but they don't take a US Starbucks card:( I got my mug though!
After this, we met Miriam and Wanda at their flat and headed out for a visit to the "beach" on the Spree river. We had some holiday drinks (if it has fruit in it, it's a holiday drink in my book). Then it was off to soccer!
We went to an area (Prinze..need to check my book which is packed). It had a huge screen where a large crowd watched France lose to Romania. After this it was off to eat and to the Nollendorf to watch Italy lose to the Netherlands. We saw Jonny there and her daughter Tanava (yay!). I learned that soccer is VERY serious, that dogs in Germany do not speak the same language as dogs in the US and that the Luckhardt clan is a LOT of fun!
